The need to reduce the amount if single-use plastic packaging has been made so apparent over recent months and weeks. That's why we're committed to reducing our environmental impact.

Firstly our office in Whitby is powered by 100% renewable energy. We're really pleased to be using a green tariff. It's a small change for us, but hopefully will result in a big difference to the environment, as more and more people 'go green' with their electricity.

Secondly, the packaging we send our orders out in is made from 100% recyclable paper and card. Your socks are wrapped in white tissue paper and then packaged in a protective cardboard box. This means that you can simply choose to re-use the box once it arrives with you, or put it straight in your recycliing bin for responsible disposal and ultimately re-use.

Unfortunately our supply chain is not 100% plastic-free. There is some plastic used in the packaging we receive our socks in from our wholesaler. However, we ensure that this is responsibly disposed of and recycled before we send out your items, meaning you don't have to!

We would love our whole business to be run in an environmentally-friendly and sustainable way and we will be working towards this.
